This week we have seen the official release of Check Point’s full R80.20 training roster; with a wide range of focused certifications for every area of their Threat Prevention portfolio.
Pentesec will be delivering these courses at our training centre in Peterborough and Worldwide on our Virtual Remote Learning Platform.
As before, CCSA Certification acts as a starting point for anyone who would benefit from learning the basic daily operational skills needed to run a Check Point Security Environment.
This qualification is also the prerequisite for the following focused courses which are now live and bookable on our training website:
CCAS – Check Point Certified Automation Specialist
A two day course which provides a comprehensive understanding of automation and the Check Point Management API architecture. This course teaches how to perform R80 Management Tasks automatically using scripts.
CCCS – Check Point Certified Cloud Specialist
A two day course which provides the basic concepts and skills necessary to configure and deploy CloudGuard IaaS products in public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and Google Cloud.

Check Point’s CCSM Course delves into the advanced level skills required to manage high end networks using advanced security optimisation techniques. This is one of the security industry’s highest accreditations and the level Pentesec trainers are accredited to.
