Pentesec Defender as a Service is a Managed Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solution which forms part of Pentesec’s overall Managed Security Service Provision.
This service monitors the entire M365 Defender environment, providing managed, appropriate and timely responses to all Defender security alerts and incidents.

- Automated threat response – Leveraging the power of Microsoft Defender, Threat Detection and Correlation is automated to enable rapid incident response by significantly reducing ‘Time to Detection’.
- Monthly service reports, summarising events, alarms and any incidents within the environment, plus suggested remediation or steps taken.
- Supporting this is our online ITSM portal where customers can log and update incidents.
